Welcome Reception
As part of the conference, we are pleased to invite all participants to the Welcome Reception. The reception will take place on 24 June, 18:20–19:30, at the congress venue, Mærsk Tower, University of Copenhagen. Participation is included in the registration fee, and it’s a great opportunity to meet fellow delegates and start the conference in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
Congress Dinner
We also invite all participants to join the official Congress Dinner. The dinner will take place on 26 June, 19:00–00:00, at Plantetorvet on Refshaleøen. Tickets can be purchased during registration at a price of 75 EUR (incl. VAT). The evening offers a relaxed and festive atmosphere, a perfect opportunity to connect with colleagues and enjoy Copenhagen in a unique setting. There is no dress code for the congress dinner. There will be boats transporting all participants to Refshaleøen.
Transportation to the congress dinner: Boats will depart from Ved Stranden 26 and transfer participants to Refshaleøen.
Please note that participants are required to make their own way to Ved Stranden. Directions will be provided at the registration desk onsite and in the congress app.
Boats will also depart from Refshaleøen in the evening back to Ved Stranden 26.
