Instructions for Poster Presentations

The poster area is located in the foyer of the congress venue, which is also where the exhibition area and catering is located.

Poster presentations are scheduled for the poster session on Thursday 25 June at 16:45-18:00 in the poster area.

To ensure good flow and allow participants to visit multiple posters, the session will be divided into two parts:

  • Posters with odd numbers (e.g. P-001, P-003, etc.) are presented from 16:45–17:20
  • Posters with even numbers (e.g. P-002, P-004, etc.) are presented from 17:25–18:00

We kindly ask you to be present at your poster during your assigned time.

Posters should be set up on Thursday, 25 June before 13:00 CEST.
All posters should be taken down no later than Saturday, 27 June at 14:00 CEST.

A poster combines a visual display of key research highlights with the opportunity for questions and discussion. Your poster will be on display for participants to view throughout the duration of the congress.

All participants are encouraged to visit the posters during breaks and to contact the main author at a suitable time during the congress.

Poster numbers have been shared by email.

Please bring your printed poster to the congress venue.
