Welcome Reception
As part of the conference, we are pleased to invite all participants to the Welcome Reception. The reception will take place on 24 June, 18:30–19:30, at the University of Copenhagen. Participation is included in the registration fee, and it’s a great opportunity to meet fellow delegates and start the conference in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
Congress Dinner
We also invite all participants to join the official Congress Dinner. The dinner will take place on 26 June, 19:00–00:00, at Plantetorvet on Refshaleøen. Tickets can be purchased during registration at a price of 75 EUR (incl. VAT). The evening offers a relaxed and festive atmosphere, a perfect opportunity to connect with colleagues and enjoy Copenhagen in a unique setting. There is no dress code for the congress dinner.
Transportation will be arranged to take participants to the venue and back again after the dinner. Information about the exact pick-up locations will be announced closer to the event.
