Abstract submission

We encourage participants to submit interesting scientific paper, case reports, and clinical studies on any aspect of contact dermatitis and related skin disorders.

All submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee and will be considered for oral or poster presentation.

Abstract submission deadline is 15 January, 2026.

  1. An abstract can be submitted for an oral, a poster presentations or either.
  2. Abstracts must be submitted before the deadline 15 January 2026.
  3. Accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book. By submitting, you allow ESCD 2026 to publish your abstract.
  1. The presenting author is required to register as an active participant no later than 14 days after receiving confirmation of abstract acceptance.
  2. ESCD 2026 reserves the right to remove any abstract from the scientific programme if the presenting author has not completed their registration
  1. Abstracts must not exceed 300 words in total.
  2. Do not include author names in the title or the abstract text. A blind review process will be used. You will be asked to enter the names of the authors and their institutions separately during the online submission process.
  3. Please organise your abstract using the following structure:
  • Purpose: Clearly state the purpose of the abstract.
  • Methods: Describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects clearly.
  • Results: Present your results in a logical sequence in text.
  • Conclusions: Emphasize new and important aspects of the study (perhaps as a discussion section) and the conclusions that are drawn from them.
  1. The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts.
  2. A notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent by email to all presenting authors and submitters latest March 4, 2026.

  • Irritants
  • Legal matters on patch testing: update
  • Occupational related topics
  • Others
