Cancellation & Refund policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations before and on 1 April 2026 will be refunded deducting an administration cost of 250 DKK (30 EUR).
NB! Please note that tickets for the congress dinner are non-refundable.
From 2 April 2026 registration fees are non-refundable.
Refunds (via bank transfer or credit card) will be processed after the congress. Please note that refunds will not be issued for participants who do not attend and have not cancelled in advance.
Payment information
Payment can be made by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card (MasterCard or VISA). After completing your registration, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Depending on your chosen payment method, either an invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. This PDF serves as the original and only copy.
Disclaimer
If the congress is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, registration fees will be refunded, minus any costs already incurred.
Sharing of contact details
CAP Partner is the official Congress Organiser for ESCD 2026 and is responsible for collecting and managing all personal data submitted through the online registration system. This information will be used solely for organisational purposes related to the planning and delivery of the congress, including registration and congress communications.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless you have explicitly agreed to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
Invitation letter
Participants who require an official letter of invitation to support their visa application are requested to contact the Congress Organiser at registration@cap-partner.eu.
Invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants who have paid the full registration fee. Please note that the letter is intended solely to support visa or travel permission applications and does not constitute a commitment to cover registration fees, accommodation, travel, or other costs.
If a visa application is denied, the registration fee will be refunded – provided a copy of the official refusal letter is submitted.
We recommend contacting your nearest embassy or consulate early to confirm the required documentation and processing time for your visa application.
