Presentation & Poster Instructions
General information
If your abstract is accepted, you will receive an email notification confirming what topic it has been assigned to. The email will also include practical information related to your abstract. All relevant details is also available below.
A limited number of posters will be selected for a short oral presentation. If selected, you will need to bring both a printed poster and prepare a three-minute oral presentation.
Oral presentation

Oral presentations are included in the Free Communications Session, scheduled for:
Thursday, 25 June 13:15-14:45.
Friday, 26 June, 10:45-12:15
Saturday, 27 June, 09:15-10:45

Format
Format: PPT or PPTX
Slide size: 16:9 (widescreen)
Presentation length: You will have 10 minutes in total – 8 minutes for your presentation and 2 minutes for questions.
Upload of presentation
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive. Personal laptops are not allowed for presentations.
Please take your presentation to the Speakers’ Preview Room at the venue at least 1 hour before your session. Presenters scheduled for early morning sessions will be required to upload their presentation the day before.
A technician will be available to assist you with uploading your file to the congress computer.

Slide size: 16:9 (widescreen)
Number of slides: Maximum of 3–4 slides (excluding conflict of interest slide)
Presentation length: Your presentation is scheduled to last 5 minutes in total – 3 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions.

Poster
Information
A poster combines a visual display of key research highlights with the opportunity for questions and discussion. Your poster will be on display for participants to view throughout the duration of the congress.
All participants are encouraged to visit the posters during breaks and to contact the main author at a suitable time during the congress.
Format
Poster measurements
Posters must be displayed in portrait orientation.
The maximum size is standard A0:
Centimetres: Maximum 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (height)
Inches: Maximum 33.1 in (width) x 46.8 in (height)
Content and Design Guidelines
Posters must include the title, names of authors, institution, city, and country.
The title lettering should be at least 25 mm high.
The main text should be at least 10 mm high.
Posters should be easily readable from a distance of 2 metres.
The language of the poster must be English.
Additional Information
The Congress Secretariat will provide the necessary equipment to mount your poster on the display boards.
The Congress Secretariat is not responsible for any posters that are left behind or damaged.
